We take the time to carefully inspect & pack, by hand, every item that you have ordered to ensure it is as you would expect, before it is dispatched to you.
Exchange / Refunds*
Warranty &/or Returns / &/or Repaires for items sold by Individuals or Businesses, that have been transacted and/or receipted using the INDIWEAR® Website &/or payment Portals / Mechanisms are the complete responsibility of those parties and not the responsibility of INIDIWEAR®.
Transaction fee’s / costs charged by 3rd parties are no longer refundable on any transactions on the INDIWEAR® web site due to these 3rd parties no longer offering us refunds.
Please take a few minutes to choose your item(s) carefully as we do not offer refunds on products for a change of mind and the like. We can, however, offer exchange for incorrect sizing – only if your desired size is in stock. In this situation, the customers will be responsible for all return shipping, handling charges & taxes to return item and for the postage back to customer (yourself) of the varied sized item(s).
INDIWEAR® – Refunds are in the form of an e-voucher that can be used towards your next / replacement purchase within 12 months of it’s issue.
All returns require a copy of the original receipt (printed or digital) and the item must be in the original condition with all the tags still attached. Your enclosed garment must remain unsoiled, unlaundered, unworn, unused with all tags secured and linings still intact. (“Original condition”).
In accordance with the health regulations, any item returned that has been worn, marked, soiled, washed or damaged will not be accepted and shall be sent back to the customers at their own freight expense or destroyed if return freight is not paid in full within 14 days.
If the item being returned does not reach us safely (and it is your responsibility to ensure it is returned to us in the same condition as we shipped it to you) then we can not complete the exchange / refund*.
If you receive your item and it is faulty please notify us immediately (within 7 calendar days) & return the items(s) to us asap (once the return is approved by INDIWEAR®) so we can send you out a replacement or issue a refund* (refunds are only if a replacement is not available, and only for faulty items).
Approved (by us in writing) postage will be reimbursed to the customer for items determined, by us, to be faulty.
Requests for exchange / refunds* must be notified to us via email rma5236w116@indiwear.co (this email changes regularly to avoid spam – so please check for the latest/correct email on this page before contacting us by email) within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Once we have received your faulty item, it will be appraised and if found to be faulty, then your exchange / refund* (as applicable) will occur. Ensure items can be tracked, as we cannot be held liable if your items are not delivered at our end.
* Please note that we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.
* Any refund is only an e-voucher for the purchase price of merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
* Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final on teddies, body suits and hosiery and swimsuits and the like where the protective adhesive strip had been removed / tampered with and worn, marked, soiled, washed or damaged on any items.
Non INDIWEAR® Branded Items
These need to be returned to the sender according to the T & C of the Label / Brand – Links to which are on their product listing and INDIWEAR® takes no responsibility for the product and/or shipping and/or suitability for purpose and/or returns etc. Warranty &/or Returns / &/or Repaires for items sold by Individuals or Businesses, that have been transacted and/or receipted using the INDIWEAR® Website &/or payment Portals / Mechanisms are the complete responsibility of those parties and not INIDIWEAR®
Care for items
Please be sure adhere to the enclosed care instructions and/or product care instructions (on product page), included, for the items you sourced from INDIWEAR®.
Packaging
Where ever, possible our packaging uses recycled materials, organic inks & dyes. Since the source of these items varies from time to time so it is something we cannot guarantee to meet with any specifications. We encourage you to retain our packaging and reuse it as often as possible for gifts to some one else, storage of your product, as temporary garden pots or something else and recycling it as much as possible, at its end of life. Share your recycled uses of our packaging and tag us in it so we can share it on our social medial and encourage others to do the same.
Warranty
Items are only warranted for faulty workmanship for a period of 30 calendar days from date of purchase unless stated otherwise on the product page.
